Dare to Stand Out.

A person who stands out from the crowd is someone who is comfortable with who they are, has the confidence to be unique and to let their individuality shine. Standing out from the crowd means that you're not afraid to speak your mind.
A person who stands out from the crowd may be someone whose appearance is striking in some way, but more often than not, it is about someone who generates admiration and is remembered by others for being someone special and worthy of looking up to.
The truth of the matter is that we like to impress people and follow the crowd in doing what the world is driving at without stopping to ask the hard questions, such as "Is there a point to this?" or "Just because everyone else has X gadget, why do I also need one? Will it enhance my life?" it's definitely a worthwhile goal to aspire especially if it helps you achieve your other goals in life. But if otherwise, stop and rethink.
A closer look at the lines at our palm hand will tell you that we all have different lines on our palm! This implies that we are different in every sphere of life. That is a more reason why I do not compare myself with anyone because I know that I’m unique in my own way.
The big question is how do we dare to stand out in the crowd?
1.      Don't be afraid to tell people about what you've created. If you've genuinely innovative, people will want to know about it.

2.      Never be afraid to speak your mind.

3.      If you want to stand out from the crowd, be yourself. The more you try to be like other people, or act like other businesses, the more you will recede into the background noise of the industry.

4.      Be proactive and involved in as much as you can manage. In the official working environment, contribute to work discussions, generate ideas that suit the business and the team workflow.

5.      To stand out, I think you have to be open - tell people about the things you’re doing, tell people about the things that you’re good at and the things that you’re not good at, and attempt to start discussions around that.

6.      Doing great work is important, but probably not enough by itself. Putting your ideas and opinions out there is scary. If you don’t feel qualified enough to tell people what you think, don’t worry. Write and speak with humility, and if you are wrong, people will very quickly point it out.

7.      The best way to stand out from the crowd is to exemplify characteristics that are not always found in the average person: honesty, integrity, tenacity, passion, humility and respect.

8.      One of the best ways to stand out in a crowd is not to talk about yourself! Celebrating other people’s success, sharing their ideas, engaging with their content is a great way to build your own brand.

I’m quite sure that if we all apply these key points to our lives, we all stand out positively in our generation with a remarkable difference. Dare to stand out! God bless you!!
