Indecent dressing simply means deliberate exposure of one’s body to the public. This practice is contrary to the acceptable norms and values of the society. Moral decadence on the other hand is a reduction in the level of morality in the society.
The annoying part of indecent dressing is when people confidently wear these so called "rags" to church without considering the fact that the church is a HOLY PLACE and not a club.
As a church worker, I see alot of ladies almost naked with very high shoes and masked faces!! As a woman, most times I'm ashamed when I see such things. I wonder what is going on in their little minds!! Are they going to church to meet GOD or going to meet men?? Can't they dress modestly or is it a big task that is impossible to accomplish?
Young parents are not even helping issues, how can you dress your little girls with wears that are very skimpy. The other day in church, I saw a little girl of about four (4) years and she was dressed with a top showing her tummy and a skimpy short!! I expressed my disgust to the mother who was just posing. Don't forget that charity begins at home and the foundation of a child is very important.
The boys are not left in this either, sorry for calling them boys!! But come to think of it, a responsible man will be properly dressed at all time. A guy that wears dreadlock, pierce is nose, ear, tatoo etc. is just confuse!!
In all these, indecent dressing is a big problem in most churches now. What should be done to tackle this issue?
