Hurt by the people you trust the Most!!

Child molestation is the act of sexually touching a child. Some people will say that sexually touching a child does no harm. Some adults will even tell boy victims to "act like a man" and "stop whining." Other adults are unsympathetic about the experiences of adult survivors. They will say that, no matter what happened in childhood, that is the past. You're an adult now, so get over it.

The facts are that sexual abuse does harm the child and that the damage often carries over into the child's adult life.

Most times, the child molester is a family member, neighbour, teacher or even a pastor!!

A friend told me a story of how her six (6) years old daughter was sexually abused by her maternal uncle who came to the house to pay them a visit. When he was through with the girl, he told not to tell anyone or she dies! The mum came back home and noticed that her little daughter could not walk properly. She kept questioning the child and the girl spoke out but said that her uncle said she will die if she tells. By the time the truth was told, her brother was gone already. The lady quickly rushed her daughter to the hospital and the matter was kept as a family secret because outsiders must not hear about it.

There are lots of stories about child molestation, which scares me about my kids. You can't even trust your family members. Then who will you trust with your children??? House maids are even worst! I still remember the story of a maid who fingers a 6months child!!! gush! crazy! GOD help us!! I'm not forgetting fathers who molest their girl child. A writer said "love everyone, trust no one, completely Trust God". Just on point!
